Latvia offers several permanent residency options.

Temporary Residency obtained in Latvia by way of company investment (Applicant/investor to invest in a Latvian company) to qualify for Temporary Residence Permit - TRP.  The Process to obtain a TRP is estimated at two to three months, from application.

 

The Corporate Business Investment Option, is a special immigration option suited for applicants who can not stay in Latvia for the duration of the entire term of residency. Permanent Residency (PRP) can be obtained after the Five year Term.

Purchasing real estate in the Latvia entitles the Applicant to receive a Temporary residence permit (TRP) which is valid for five years. The total investment cost will amount to circa EUR 290,000
