Cypriot Permanent Residency

 

We offer a “one stop shop” service, whereby we assist clients, not only in making the proper applications for Permanent Residency  and the obtaining of same, but also assist them with the processing of the authorized investments, qualifying for the said Permanent Residency status.

The criteria which an applicant must fulfil

 

(a)  must the able to prove together with his spouse that he has at his disposal a secure  annual income of at least €30.000 and additional €5.000 for every dependant person, and by €8.000 for every dependent parent (of the applicant and/or his/her spouse). 

(b)  must deposit with a Cyprus Bank the amount of €30.000 for at least 3 years, 

(c)  must have a clean criminal record,

(d)  must have a property in Cyprus of a value at least €300.000,

(e)  must not be employed in Cyprus,

(f)   must visit Cyprus at least once every 2 years.
